1. Collect+ This service enables you to pick up your parcel at a time convenient to you. Ideal for working parents Please click here for details. (The charge for this service is £4.95 for one or two pairs)
2. Royal Mail Next day delivery (signed for) service (The charge for this service is £7.50 for one pair or £8.50 for two pairs) Additional charges apply for delivery on Saturday
3. Royal Mail first class recorded delivery (signed for) service (The charge for this service is £4.95 for one pair or £6.50 for two pairs)
Office hours
9am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 1pm on Friday (excluding bank holidays). Answerphone service is available 24hrs a day, 7 days a week.
Cut offs for same day despatch
2.30pm on Monday,Tuesday and Thursday, 11.45am (1.30pm for Collect +) on Wednesday and 12.45pm on Friday. We may despatch after these cut off times but this cannot be guaranteed.
