A message from the Managing Director
I would like to welcome you and the girls from Farlington School to your dedicated web page where you will find a selection of astro turf boots, for all ages, to be used on the school's astro turf pitches, for hockey, netball or general games.
As a Farlington School parent, I am grateful to Mrs Baggs and the school for allowing Footyboots to provide this astro turf boot service.
I hope that you will find this page, and the website, helpful but, if you require any assistance, please call us during office hours on 01306 710126. Being a small company, we aim to offer a helpful and personal service to our customers and we look forward to servicing your requirements.

Ordering
Boots may be ordered in one of two ways, either through our secure on-line order management system or by calling us on 01306 710126 during office hours. If ordering on-line, please ensure that you include a day time telephone number on the order form in case we need to contact you. In addition, we also welcome those who wish to visit our warehouse. Please call us on 01306 710126 to arrange this, preferably the day before. It would help us, when calling, to advise us of the type and size of boot so that we can ensure that they are in stock so that you do not have a wasted journey.
If you order boots on a school delivery day (see below) and wish to take up this option, please order on the telephone or on-line before 1.30pm.
Delivery
You may have your chosen boots delivered in two ways.
Firstly, you may have your boots posted to your home address. This will either be by our normal Royal Mail first class recorded delivery service at a cost of 4.95 for a single pair or by Royal Mail next day delivery (before 1pm) at a cost of 7.50. The carriage for two pairs will be 6.50 and 8.50 respectively. If you require this service, please enter Farlington School and next day delivery, if required, in the special instructions box.
You may opt to have your boots delivered to the school. There is no cost for this service, no matter how many pairs of boots are ordered. If you wish this service, it is extremely important that the following information is entered in the special instructions box. Then leave the rest to us. If you have other children, who are not at Farlington, then non astro turf boots may be delivered to the school also.

Deliveries will be made to the school's prep office on Tuesdays and Thursdays of each school term week.
Please note that, whichever delivery option is chosen, our order system will automatically show a standard carriage charge. As all orders are manually processed, your order value will be adjusted, to remove the carriage charge, if you have chosen the "Deliver to school" option.

You may return boots for exchange or refund, at your own expense, to the following address

Alternatively, the boots may be handed into the prep school office. Please ensure that you mark your parcel for the attention of The Exchange/Returns Department and enclose, together with all internal packaging, the original or a copy of the invoice with the boots stating whether you wish an exchange for a different size or a refund. If you require an exchange, please also state whether you wish the boots to be delivered to the school or to your home. If you require a refund, a reduced charge of one pound will be deducted from the value of the boots to cover bank charges and admin costs. The balance will then be credited to the credit card that we have on file.
Boots will be collected from the school's prep office on Tuesdays and Thursdays of each school term week.
Velcro or lace?
Footyboots4kids are velcro specialists and, as such, offer a wide range of velcro boots which enable the younger girls to put on their own shoes, to give them some independence and to help the teachers!
We also offer laced astro turf boots for the older girl.
We try to keep large stocks of all boots but, due to space limitations, all orders are subject to availability. If we unfortunately do not have your chosen boot and size in stock, we will contact you before we try to process your order to discuss alternatives. Please note that it is company policy that no monies will be taken from any customer until an order can be fulfilled.
